Please note
If you wish to speak to me in my capacity as ombudsman, the office will put you through to me directly without further questions. If you are unsure how to assess certain facts or observations, I will be happy to advise you. This also applies if you are concerned that you may have committed a criminal offence yourself. In that case, confidentiality is also ensured. You will not incur any costs under any circumstances.

Please understand, however, that in my role as ombudsman I cannot function as a general complaints office or a “venting mailbox”.
